Mazury Curling Festival!
We have a great pleasure to invite you to the 12th edition of one and only Mazury Curling Festival!
In the past eleven years there were between 100 and 200 camp participants every year having fun in Wilkasy and Gizycko, and in the tournament for 36 teams. The players of all Polish curling clubs had the opportunity to practice and compete with our guests from 17 countries from 3 continents (Belarus, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Hongkong, Hungary, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Russia, Scotland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland and Ukraine).
We had a pleasure to meet e.g. World and European Champions (Dorottya Palancsa from Hungary, Michelle Allen from Canada, Bjorn Schroder from Switzerland and Anders Kraupp from Sweden), top players, coaches, umpires and icemasters (Mark Callan, George Munro from Scotland).
We negotiate with best coaches and instructors, not only from Europe, and we will announce most names in our next letter. We hope to see new coaches as well as the most memorable characters from recent years.
This year the camp will start on Saturday the 26th of August. Trainings will start on Sunday, August the 27th, and end on Thursday, August the 31st in the afternoon. The 12th Mazury Curling Cup will be launched on Friday, September the 1st in the morning and it will close on Sunday, September the 3rd in the evening.
For all those still not tired of curling, we offer for the next two days. For the second time in Giżycko we are organising a tournament for mixed doubles, we are planning 24 pairs and a full two days (4-5 September) of games in an attractive format. You can apply for just the camp, just one of the tournaments, or both - but preference will be given to applications for both the camp and the tournament or tournaments together.
Teams and pairs made up of campers will be accepted into the tournament first, other teams will be put on a reserve list and wait to be accepted later.
We would like to kindly remind you that we are expecting your applications since the beginning of February till the list will be full. Our list of participants is limited to 144 only! For organizational reasons your application will be placed on the list only after prepayment (250 zlotych or 50 Euro).
17-19 augusti: JUNIORS Mixed Doubles
Intensive Days 2023: Kitzbühel
Dear All,
in August 2023 the Kitzbühel Curling Club is offering special training days for Junior Mixed Doubles teams.
Attached you will find the invitation and registration form. Registration deadline is June 15th. Please feel free to share the invitation with the responsible person or distribute it to your curling clubs.

Canadian Junior Cup is the premiere U21 event, featuring the top teams from around the world. Since 1979, we have attracted the top teams in the world.
Every year national champions from Canada, Switzerland and the United States, Swiss Cup Champions and the top teams from across Canada come to compete. There is no event in the world that can offer the calibre of competition Canadian Junior Cup does.
Due to recent popularity and growth, we have a limited number of entries. It is our pleasure to let you know that we are holding 2 spots for your association, one in the U21 Junior Men’s division and one in the U21 Junior Women’s division. T
his a great opportunity for your teams to play teams of elite calibre, face international competition and gain experience to prepare them for the world stage.
